Refund policy

Returns, Damaged or Missing Items, and Undelivered Orders
Salgu cannot accept returns or exchanges.  However, if items in your order arrived damaged or part of your order is missing, please email salguindc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will work with you to make it right.  Please include your [order number] in your message.

If you never received your order, please wait 24-48 hours after tracking shows the package as "delivered" before reaching out to salguindc@gmail.com.  Please include your [order number] and delivery address in your message.

Refunds
If you're eligible for a refund, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at salguindc@gmail.com.
